Our staff will take your information and schedule your pickup from cities like Los Angeles, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Gardena, Lomita, Lawndale, Carson, Long Beach, San Pedro, Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estate, Harbor Ciyt, Rilling Hills Estate. If the machine is under Warranty please attach invoice or AppleCare agreement and any other pertinent paperwork or notes. That’s it! Advanced Micro Systems staff will pick up the machine(s) and return it (them) after the repairs are completed. Fee: $45 round trip, FREE with AppleCare coverage (excluding notebooks and displays). On-Site Service: Call 310-357-4400. Our service staff will take your information and forward it to our on-site technician. The technician will then call you back as soon as possible to schedule the appointment.
On-site repair labor is billed at an hourly rate. Our standard on-site labor rate is $149. No additional travel fees are required for on-site service. On-site service includes: software/hardware troubleshooting & repair, training, consultation, networking, systems-integration, server-administration and more. Some hardware repairs are not practical to do on-site. If the process of the repair is considered dangerous, or would require equipment not available for on-site use, we then recommend pick-up & delivery service.
Warranty & AppleCare: Advanced Micro Systems is an Apple Authorized Service Center for warranty and AppleCare service. You do not need to call Apple to have a repair scheduled, call us! For warranty and AppleCare covered issues there is NO CHARGE for repair service. If the machine is under Warranty please bring in the invoice or AppleCare paperwork and any other pertinent paperwork or notes.The original Apple warranty and the extended AppleCare warranty covers break fix. Parts and labor associated with the repair are also covered. Items NOT covered under warranty include, but are not limited to: Troubleshooting software corruption and conflicts, dirty, dusty, or abused machines, third party products and related software or anything that has become jammed in printer, CD drives, floppy drives, etc
